Jackets are specifically designed for ease of use, in particular making them easy to fit and remove. Heavy duty clip fastenings are attached with polypropylene webbing for strength, durability and quick fitting and release. Velcro-type hook and loop plackets are provided in addition hold jackets in place prior to clipping. A lid is included as standard on all our IBC and Drum jackets.
Lids and jackets can be customised if necessary, for example to suit specific inlets and outlet arrangements, further simplifying the use of the product in real applications.
Temperature is easily controlled using a push-button PID control unit with high visibility display (Extra & Ultra ranges). Fixed temperature units come pre-configured to defined temperature, requiring no user adjustments (Delta ranges).
