Inditherm carbon polymer can be regulated at any temperature between ambient and 100°C, with either fixed or user-variable control. The nature of Inditherm's patented technology is such that the characteristics are completely homogeneous. This ensures that the variation in temperature over the heating surface is less than ±1°C/m2.
Products can be supplied with fixed temperature for simplicity or fully variable under user control for complete versatility. In addition to the completely uniform temperature over the heating surface, the absolute setting can be controlled to within ±1°C in most applications.
Inditherm apply high performance insulation to all products to ensure highest efficiency and environmental credentials. This helps to ensure that the precise temperature characteristics are applied to the product being heated with minimal effect from environmental conditions.
Overall product and system designs ensure that performance is superior to traditional process heating technologies such as hot water, steam, hot air, electrical trace heating, etc which cannot deliver the same precision.
