Outer covers are all provided in industrial grade PVC to give a tough finished product. In most cases seams are welded to give a watertight seal and to protect covers from the environment.
Closed cell foam is used for insulation, giving high thermal efficiency. This ensures product integrity over its lifetime and prevents the deterioration that is typically found with inferior insulation such as glass-fibre type products.
Industrial grade plugs and sockets are used to ensure a robust design and effective seal against fluid ingress. The control and transformer housings are in high impact GRP, sealed to IP54, for durability and reliability.
